On 7 September 2026, I will take on one of the UK's most demanding endurance challenges, the Dragon's Back Race.

Over the course of six consecutive days, I will attempt to traverse the length of Wales from north to south, covering approximately 380 kilometres and climbing more than 17,000 metres across some of the country's toughest mountain terrain.

Behind the scenes, Kane Group have very kindly supported this challenge, their support has been invaluable, and I am extremely grateful.

For me, breast cancer is a cause that is very close to home. Like so many families, mine has been affected by this disease, which is why I am raising funds to support research, prevention, and awareness.
