A few years ago my Mum passed away and Thames Hospice were amazing in their help, I now have the opportunity to challenge myself to the 21k Spartan beast run.

With Spartan you have the opportunity to complete a trilogy of runs, 5k, 10k and 21k in a year, I have completed the first 2 but now for the Beast. Any amount would be appreciated.
