Friends - I’ve got something important to share, and I’d appreciate a few minutes of your time to read and then share it.

Many of you will already know that several years ago, I lost my much-loved sister Nancy to suicide.

The loss was devastating. I struggled to get through it, but with the help and support of wonderful friends, I managed to find some sort of peace.

But my parents never did.

Over the last few years, as I processed my grief, I began to write down my thoughts, revisiting memories and facing emotions.

These thoughts grew into a collection of poems, I have titled simply ’Nancy’.

The book is now available to buy for just £15 plus pp. All profits will go directly to the amazing charity SPUK (Suicide Prevention UK).

Buying this book will fund important work to try to prevent other families from experiencing the trauma of this kind of loss.
