Charity Prize Draw

Refugee Action provides direct support to people seeking safety in the UK, as well as campaigning for their rights. Our vision is that refugees and people seeking asylum will be welcome in the UK. They will get justice, live free of poverty and be able to successfully rebuild their lives.

Story

After last years successful Marvellous Makers Charity Prize Draw raising £270 for DEC Pakistan Floods Appeal. I decided to bring it back for 2023 but this time raising funds for the great work of Refugee Action. So after picking one of my own pieces to donate I put a call out to the incredibly generous maker community for other prizes and once again they did not disappoint! In fact they were so generous we have enough prizes to create 4 lucky winners, so whoever gets chosen at random will win a bundle of incredible prizes kindly donated by lots of talented makers. (scroll for more prize details)

To enter you can donate here on my Just Giving Page or you can enter for free.

The main Charity Prize Draw will close at Midnight on 30th July 2023 which is the International Day of Friendship. The winner will be picked by random by me on 31st July 2023.

I believe that refugees deserve better, and so I'm fundraising for Refugee Action. They've been standing up for refugees since 1981, and their vision is that refugees and people seeking asylum will be welcome in the UK.

They deliver frontline services for refugees, and campaign for their rights. In the year where we've seen the government's anti-refugee bill and the devastating crisis in Afghanistan, we need action. Please donate if you can, and help fight for a fairer future for refugees and people seeking safety.
