Mary Diggle is raising money for Level Water
Story
I am swimming the length of Lake Windermere ( 11 miles ) on 2nd September for Level Water Charity which provides swimming lessons to children with disabilities.
Swimming improves both mental and physical health and it can change lives. The skills you develop, the confidence you build, friends you make and the joy you feel is universal. Yet access to swimming in the UK is not. Level Water are using the power of swimming to improve lives of children with disabilities.
Everyone should have the opportunity to learn to swim and fall in love with the water.
