On Saturday 22 July I will be walking a marathon in the Peak District in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. I’ll be walking with a fantastic group of friends, many of whom have personal experience of the brilliant work Macmillan does. None more so than my amazing friend, Cara Hoofe. I am so proud to be walking with her. Having been diagnosed with cancer twice in the last 8 years she has unbelievable resilience and has spearheaded the award winning GetOnARoll campaign.
