I lost my wonderful Mam on 5th July 2024. Alzheimer's is just cruel, the journey you take with a loved one is just SO tough for the patient and loved ones.

Personally I had lots of different emotions - sadness, anger, helplessness, depression, heartbreak are some. Now that I am feeling stronger I want to do whatever I can to help raise funds for the Alzheimer's society.
