This week, I’ll be participating in the 2024 Hillsborough Castle and Gardens Running Festival, and I’m running to support Northern Ireland Hospice. This incredible organisation provides essential care and support to individuals with life-limiting illnesses and their families, offering them compassion and attention during their most challenging times.

Last year, I got to see the work of Northern Ireland Hospice and the impact they can have as they were there for my family during an incredibly difficult time. They helped inform and reassure us - and were there when we needed them most. I truly can’t emphasise enough how important the work they do is, and the difference it can make to those with terminal illnesses and their families.
