Story

SVP Chelmsford is supporting a local family in need.

Our beneficiary and his family moved to the UK for a better life and to ensure his family’s future. During the summer months last year, he worked double shifts, but these were reduced in the winter as demand for his type of work was less. Coupled with this, his wife has taken time off work due to ill health. This sudden reduction in income has meant they have struggled to meet their bills and now have outstanding debts.

Having overcome ill health, his wife is now working, so the situation is gradually improving.

Through support from the SVP (St. Vincent de Paul Society) their energy bill debt has been reduced, but they would like to clear the debt entirely. Can you help them to reduce the amount they owe faster, by making a donation?
