I am taking part in the Ayrshire Cancer Support Big Boxing Day Dip again. It appears i didn't learn my lesson last time, and my favourite husband, Tony, will be joining me.

We have all lost far too many friends and family to cancer so the least we can do is turn ourselves blue and lose all sensation from our knees down.

This local Ayrshire charity support children, young people and adults affected by cancer, offering patient transport, counselling, complementary therapies, a drop in centre and much more.
