I am so excited (and a little nervous!) to share that I have been selected to take part in Strictly Saint Francis 2025 💛✨🪩✨💛

Saint Francis Hospice holds a very special place in my heart. When my Nan was terminally ill, the hospice was there for her and for us as a family, in the most incredible way. The care, compassion, and dignity they gave her in her final days were beyond anything I could have imagined. They didn’t just look after her; they supported all of us through one of the hardest times of our lives.

Since then, I have always wanted to give back in any way I can. Every year I take part in the annual fundraising swim that my Auntie organises in memory of my Nan, but this year, I am so excited to be doing something completely different – and something that truly lights me up 🤩

Anyone who knows me knows how much I love to dance. I’ve been dancing Ceroc since 2014, and before that I danced salsa while at college. Dancing is my happy place. It’s where I feel free, connected, full of love and a huge smile plastered across my face. I’ve even been a Ceroc ‘taxi dancer,’ helping beginners gain confidence on the dance floor – because I love sharing the joy that dance brings.

Now, I have the opportunity to use my love of dance to raise vital funds for Saint Francis Hospice, so they can continue their incredible work for other families like mine 💛

My plan is to bring together our amazing Ceroc communities for a special charity freestyle event, raising funds through tickets, raffles, and fun competitions. It feels so meaningful to unite people through dance for such a powerful cause 💃🪩🕺

Alongside dance fundraising, I will also be hosting a yoga and sound bath event – another deep passion of mine. Yoga and sound healing have been such powerful tools in my own journey, and it feels amazing to use them to support such an important cause 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘‍♂️🕊️💗
