Story
1 in 5 of us will develop a lung condition during our lifetime. There's a new diagnosis every minute.
In April 2026, I’ll be taking on one of the biggest challenges of my life — running the London Marathon — in memory of my amazing grandad, Les Davies.
Grandad lived with a chronic lung condition for most of his life. Despite the daily struggles, he faced everything with quiet strength and resilience. He was a huge part of my life, and I’m running to honour his memory and to help others who are still fighting to breathe every single day.
I'm proud to be raising money for Asthma + Lung UK, a charity that works tirelessly to support those living with lung conditions, fund life-saving research, and campaign for cleaner air and better care.
Every donation, no matter how small, helps bring hope to families affected by lung disease — just like ours was. If you can, please consider supporting me on this journey and helping make a difference in Grandad’s name.
Thank you so much for your support.
Let’s do this — for Grandad Les 💙
