I’ll be running the Manchester Marathon for The Christie Charity in memory of my three uncles - Mark, Ken, and Paul who were all taken too early by Cancer. During their battles, The Christie cared for them with compassion, dignity, and humanity at a time when our family needed it most. The care my uncles received there meant everything to us, and it’s something I will always be grateful for.

Although running a marathon will be a huge mental and physical challenge for me, it won’t come close to what Mark, Ken, and Paul endured.

By supporting this run, you’re helping The Christie continue to fund vital treatments, groundbreaking research, and support for families who are facing cancer right now. If my run can help even one family have more time together, the blisters will be worth it!
