50km for Freedom – Supporting CAP Bromley

Hi, I’m Massimo Massaro, personal trainer and founder of Conditioned Fitness. On Saturday, 21st June, I’ll be taking on a 50km challenge through the stunning South Downs in the Race to the Kings—and I’m doing it to support an incredible cause close to my heart.

Every day, CAP helps people in crisis find hope—supporting those who feel overwhelmed, isolated, or stuck. Their work transforms lives, restores dignity, and brings long-term freedom to those who need it most.

As a fitness coach, I believe in helping people build strength—not just physically, but in every area of life. Financial hardship can rob people of their confidence and health. That’s why I’m using this 50km walk to stand alongside those fighting to get back on their feet.

“ Cap Bromley Partnership is part of a National Charity, with 300 centres across the country it’s primary focus is to journey with people in a 3 step process to help them out of debt. In Bromley we are a registered charity with a team of trustees and we have been working for over 8 years. We have seen 61 households become debt free, who have paid back or written of £1.2 million of debt. We run regular job and life skills courses at 3 locations and recently we have facilitated Cap money management courses to help people budget well.
