We’re walking the iconic bridges of London on September 5, 2025, in support of Hydro Muscles, a small but impactful charity based in the south of England.

Since 2022, Hydro Muscles has been building hope for people living with Limb Girdle Type 2a Muscular Dystrophy by making hydrotherapy treatments accessible and affordable. What sets Hydro Muscles apart is its unwavering commitment: every penny donated is used solely to fund hydrotherapy, and none of it goes toward administrative costs.

We’ve set ourselves a goal of raising £1,000+, and every donation—no matter how small - will directly contribute to:

* Subsidised hydrotherapy sessions for those who struggle to afford them

* Slowing the progression of muscle degeneration

* Improving mobility, strength, and quality of life
