The company which we work for (Stantec) recently provided time for workers to help a local charity in Manchester called Lifeshare. We have decided to raise funds for Lifeshare while taking part in the Tough Mudder North West event, which is on September the 10th in Cheshire. It involves what appear to be ridiculous obstacles intertwined with a 15 km run/jog/walk, depending on the amount of training put in.
