Story

I'm honoured to be running (or crawling by the end) the 2026 London Marathon for The Stan Bowley Trust, a charity very close to my heart which was set up in 2011 following the passing of my uncle Alan 'Stan' Bowley.

The charity has done some incredible work over the last decade in making CyberKnife more accessible in the UK than ever before. CyberKnife is a robotic radiotherapy treatment that can deliver high doses of radiation with sub-millimetre accuracy - helping to treat cancers that were previously untreatable. Although not suitable for everyone, it's imperative that CyberKnife is available for all those who need it.

On a personal level, I’ll also be running in memory of my late mother in law Chris, as well as Julie Blake - two incredible women who meant a lot to me and both inspired so many during their own cancer battles.

All donations are hugely appreciated and make such a difference. Thank you!
