Alzheimer's is a condition that truly sucks for everyone involved. My Grandad has it. It's hard. There's no good cure and support is expensive and difficult to get.

To support Alzheimer's Society I will be taking part in a sponsored trek across 26 miles of the suffolk coast.

If anybody can give anything to help me support this cause, and force me to do something hard, on my birthday no less, then please, do. Every penny counts.
