30 years ago unfortunately I lost a sister to a heart complication, however the care, support and love the team there provider her along with my family will always stay with me (including one sad but also special Christmas there)

I am running a marathon near Swansea (The Great Welsh Marathon) as as part of that want to raise some money for this great charity. Although I've run a few half marathons I’ve always finished them with total exhaustion and dread at thinking of doing that again straight after so this will physically and mentally challenge me.
