I'm taking part in Strictly Knot Dancing 2025 to raise vital funds for the incredible Dougie Mac Hospice.

On Friday 3rd October I'll be stepping onto the dance floor at the King's Hall in Stoke on Trent to perform a live ballroom or latin routine - yes, in front of an audience and judges! But more importantly, and aside from a possible public ridicule, I've pledged to raise £4,000 to help Dougie Mac continue providing the compassionate, specialist care they're so well known for.

Dougie Mac supports over 3,500 people and families every year across Stoke on Trent and North Staffordshire, offering end-of-life care, emotional support, and dignity to those facing life-limiting conditions - all completely free of charge. This vital work costs over £23 million a year, and 75% of that comes from community donations.

Every pound donated will help to make a difference - whether it's funding a nurse's visit, bereavement counselling, or a peaceful hospice room for someone in need.
