Prostate Cancer UK
1 in 8 men get prostate cancer. Together, we're supporting our dads, brothers, partners and friends by raising awareness, funding lifechanging research, campaigning for change and providing much needed support.
Over the course of 2024, I am competing in numerous runs, races and fitness challenges and this year I'm taking the opportunity to raise awareness (and hopefully some funds) for Prostate Cancer UK.

The amount of energy and commitment I will need to put into this will be massive, so if you hate doing exercise then that's fine, I will do it for you, but I'd appreciate it if you could part with a few pounds for such a fantastic cause!
