The Challenge

This August, I am swapping my usual routine for the saddle to take on a massive personal challenge: cycling 500 miles over the course of the month.

That is an average of over 16 miles every single day for 31 days—through early morning fatigue, unpredictable British weather, and plenty of sore legs—all with a clear goal in mind: to raise £1,000 for The Prostate Project.

Why This Cause Matters

Prostate cancer affects thousands of men and their families every year, and the impact ripples far beyond the individual. Behind the statistics are fathers, sons, brothers, and friends who deserve the best possible support, treatment, and outcomes.

I chose to ride for The Prostate Project because of the incredible, vital work they do. They are dedicated to:
