My name is Matt Gray and I am excited to be selected as part of the team for BAFFA 2027 in Nepal.

BAFFA Nepal 2027

I will be one of a group of 13 colleagues from across the AkzoNobel / Dulux business, who will come together to rebuild a dilapidated four-block classroom building in Rural Nepal (Chitwan) with a view to increasing student enrolment and reduce drop out rates.

This will ensure a more accessible and supportive learning environment and expanding the schools capacity to Grade 8 within 3 years.

This project will aid the educational opportunities for the children in this rural region of Nepal and give them the opportunities some of us take for granted.

*Currently the school is subjected to very poor conditions including leaking roofs, mud floors, damp, mould and cramped conditions.
