My sister in law, Vickie O'Sullivan has been seriously ill with complications from Diabetes since the end of 2023 which included a lengthy stay in hospital. She's on the mend, but I'm raising funds for Diabetes UK to support their work with people like Vickie!

On the 5th of April, I'll be hopping and soloing all 9 miles from Kings Square in Barry to St.Colmcille's GAA pitch in Pontcanna, Cardiff (maybe with my son Finn as well!) to raise money for the charity, and maybe even find our club a few new players on the way as well!
