Story
Ever since I can remember, running the London Marathon has been on my list - that feeling of turning onto The Mall after 26.2 miles through this incredible city is something I've wanted to experience for years.
On Saturday 24 April 2027, I'm finally doing it.
I'm running for Teenage Cancer Trust, a charity close to my heart through my work at Domino's - a proud partner supporting the incredible work they do. Every day, seven young people aged 13–24 hear the words "you have cancer." Teenage Cancer Trust is the only UK charity dedicated to giving them the specialist nursing care and support they need to get through it.
Cancer doesn't just threaten a young person's health - it threatens to take away their identity, their independence, and their dreams. Teenage Cancer Trust funds specialist nurses, youth support teams and hospital units within the NHS, making sure cancer doesn't stop young people from living their lives.
I'll be pushing myself through 26.2 miles, training through the cold, the injuries, and the early mornings, to help raise funds for a cause that gives young people the chance to keep dreaming, even in their toughest moments.
Any donation, big or small, means the world - both to me and to the young people this charity supports every single day. Thank you for reading, and for helping me get to that finish line.
