Hi,

Thank you for taking the time to visit my page. I will be cycling 383km from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam to Angkor Wat, Cambodia. I’m aiming to raise at least £4000 for Alder Hey Children's Charity. This money will make a difference to the lives of children and their families who rely on Alder Hey Children's Charity.

I will take on other challenges to help raise money, including:

💥 June: Great Swimrun: running and swimming in / around lake Windermere

💥 July: Car wash at Aintree fire station

💥August: 3 day triathlon

🏊‍♂️ 9-5 swim on Saturday 8th

🚴‍♂️ 9-5 cycle on Sunday 9th

🏃‍♂️ 9-5 run on Monday 10th
