We are deeply passionate about all things mental health due to family experiences and I'm also a trustee of Mind of the Student (a brilliant charity helping kids face their mental health challenges). So with those two things combined I convinced (aka forced) Oscar to run a 10k with me to raise money.

He is young, fit and speedy. I am old(er), heavier (it's all muscle) and am only speedy when Deliveroo rings our doorbell. It's going to be a good challenge, for a great cause, around the epic Olympic park. Thank you in advance for sponsoring us and for supporting Mind of the Student
