We’re running a half marathon for Alzheimer’s Research UK, a cause that means a lot to us. Like many people, we’ve seen the devastating effect of dementia, so we wanted to do something to support the work being done to find a solution.

This will be a first for both of us, Matt having picked up running again in the summer and Sarah signing up to this before she even owned a pair of running shoes. We cannot quite believe we are set to complete a half marathon so soon after.
