I am running a ultra marathon on 8th March in Gravesend, Kent for a brilliant charity, Sussex Prisoners' Families. They are a charity that advocate for and provide mental health and practical support to families, whose loved one's have entered the criminal justice system.

The majority of women and children family members are completely in the dark about their loved one's crime/s. The charity do fantastic work supporting children and remaining parents/carers - working with them to manage their feelings of worry, loss and ensuring they keep going to school.

The charity supports the remaining members of the family, who can lose their main income from their loved one going to prison, or face bullying or harassment from the community.
