I’m taking on 12 CrossFit WODs in 12 hours at my gym—yes, that’s one workout every single hour—to raise money for Reorg, a charity that supports veterans, military personnel, and first responders through the transformative power of functional fitness and community.
Here’s the twist: I’m not prepared… but I am willing.
Over the past two years, movement and community have helped me through some of my hardest moments. CrossFit has been a lifeline—physically, mentally, emotionally. Now, I want to give back. Every drop of sweat, every rep, every aching muscle is for a cause that means something deeply human: recovery, resilience, and connection.
