On 5 October 2025, I will be taking part in the Cardiff Half Marathon to raise funds for Llamau - a remarkable charity working to end homelessness for young people and women across Wales.

Llamau's work is grounded in a trauma-informed, psychological approach, and in 2023-2024, they supported over 11,000 individuals to achieve positive and sustainable outcomes. Whether through safe housing, access to education, mental health support, or life skills development, their services are essential in helping people rebuild their lives with dignity and independence.

This level of impact is only made possible through continued fundraising and public support.
