I am running the Classic Quarter, a 44 mile ultramarathon along the Cornish coastal path from Lizard Point to Lands End. Race takes place Saturday 24th May.

This will be the longest distance I have run by some way. Wish me luck!

CALM are a suicide prevention charity. They have loads of tools and resources to help people find the support they need, including a life-saving helpline for people who can’t see a way forward, have lost someone to suicide, or are worried about their friends or loved ones.

If they can help others in times of real despair then I'm all for it.
