Story
My dad and I are participating in the Moonlight and Memories Walk to raise money for St Catherine's Hospice in recognition of the work and support they did for my late mum Angela Denwood, she passed away at home last year on 7th April 2025.
She passed away last year due to brain tumours and cancer in lungs and liver. St Catherine's supported my dad Tim in helping my mum as best they could throughout diagnosis, during illness, palliative care and after support. They couldn't have done more to help and support so we are trying to give back bit by bit.
If you can support, that would be wonderful.
Thanks Matt
St Catherine's provides palliative and end-of-life care and support for the people of Central Lancashire, through our specialised services at the hospice and in people’s own homes. We're here to help people facing life-shortening conditions like cancer, motor neurone disease and heart failure to enjoy the best possible quality of life to the end of life. It costs more than £5m to run our charity every single year. We rely on the amazing efforts and wonderful generosity of supporters like you to help us raise the funds we need. Thank you!
