As a group of 8 friends from Trinity Grace Church, Ramsbottom we have set ourselves the goal of completing the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge to raise money for TASTE.

TASTE is a UK based charity that, seeks to work with its partners in Nigeria to provide clean drinking water and sanitation facilities to communities where currently there is no reliable supply of water (for more details on the amazing work carried out by charity visit their website https://www.taste.org.uk). We are aiming high, hoping to raise £5,000 for this great work.

The Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge is 24 mile walking circuit in the Yorkshire Dales, taking in 3 of the areas highest peaks Whernside (736m), Ingleborough (723m) and Pen-y-Ghent (694m). We are aiming to complete this challenge within 12 hours, although some in our group think we can do it faster!
