I'm going to walk Wainwright's Coast to Coast path in June this year and am hoping to raise a few quid for Wellspring, the mental health charity I volunteer for in Starbeck, between Harrogate and Knaresborough.

I appreciate that we all get inundated with sponsorship requests these days and that fundraising fatigue is a real thing, so all I'm asking for is £1.00!

I've been working for Wellspring since 2019, seeing clients from all sorts of backgrounds and ages from 13-80. Raising funds is getting harder and harder, yet the need for counselling is growing massively, particularly after the Pandemic and given everything that's going on in the world.

So I'm starting at St Bee's on the west coast and walking to Robin Hood's Bay over 14 days. It's just under 200 miles across 3 National Parks including the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and North Yorkshire Moors.

Please spare a £1.00 only if you can and I'll try my best to complete the journey!
