🚶♂️ Walk for Life – 1 Million Steps in 31 Days 💚
What if one simple step could change your life?
From 10th September (World Suicide Prevention Day) until 10th October (World Mental Health Day) I will be taking on an incredible challenge: 1,000,000 steps in 31 days. That’s more than just a number — it’s a commitment to health, resilience, and showing up for ourselves every single day.
Each step represents progress.
Each walk or run is a reminder that small actions, repeated consistently, lead to powerful transformation.
Over the next 31 days, we’ll walk nearly 750 km (466 miles). Some days will be easy. Others will test our determination. But every step will move us forward.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about persistence.
Whether you’re walking for your physical health, your mental wellbeing, or simply to challenge yourself, you’re part of something bigger. A community moving together, one step at a time.
Let’s prove what’s possible when we commit, support one another, and keep going.
All funds raised from this event will go to The Baton of Hope charity, providing awareness and support to those who are struggling.
