Fitness mad Matt is going to take on the ultimate gruelling endurance challenge, the 4-4-48 running challenge, so thats running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours on Friday 4th July - Sunday 6th July. The challenge is designed to test Matt’s physical and mental strength and push way beyond his comfort zone
