Story
I’m running the Swansea Half Marathon to raise money for St Michael’s Hospice in Hereford, a place that means a great deal to me personally. I currently work there and have seen first-hand the incredible care, compassion and dignity the team provide to patients and their families, including my own, during some of the most difficult times in their lives.
St Michael’s supports people with life-limiting illnesses, focusing on comfort, quality of life and emotional support — not just for patients, but for those closest to them too. Much of this vital care is only possible thanks to charitable donations.
Taking on this half marathon is my small way of giving back to a hospice that gives so much to our community. Any donation, big or small, will help St Michael’s continue their amazing work.
Thank you so much for your support!
