This year, I'm taking on the Copenhagen (September) & Cardiff Half Marathon (October) in support of Sport in Mind, an incredible charity that uses sport and physical activity to help improve the lives of people struggling with mental health challenges.
Running, for many, including me has become a huge outlet for me over the past few years, so combining that with raising awareness and funds for mental health feels incredibly meaningful. Sport in Mind does amazing work in communities across the UK, and I’m proud to be part of their team.
So, this is for those fighting silent battles, and every donation helps bring hope, support, and opportunity to someone who needs it.
