A colleague shared with me his family's challenging journey with his daughter’s battle with Anorexia Nervosa. Over the past three years, she has faced significant hurdles, and SEED has been a vital resource for her and her family. This charity provides crucial support and education for those affected by eating disorders. Having learned of this I was inspired to help SEED continue their invaluable work.

I am participating in a bike ride from London to Southend on the 21st of July. I have decided to use this as an opportunity to raise funds for what I think is a very deserving cause.
