Sadly, and suddenly this year, I lost my Nan to dementia and my Grandma to cancer. They received amazing support from carers and local charities which inspired me to raise money for a local charity.

Therefore, I am running the Richmond RunFest Marathon in September and supporting Age UK Richmond. They are a local independent charity offering care and support to local older people; while they also provide a wide range of services to promote happiness and independence in later life. They are always there to support anyone over the age of 55 living in Richmond upon Thames.

Please donate to my campaign and help me achieve my target in honour of my late Nan and Grandma, remembering their lives. They are both deeply missed and loved!
