Me and the team from Nuffield Health Aberdeen are taking on Banchory Beast Race 2026! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏃

We’re taking on this challenge to raise money for Befriend a Child, a fantastic charity that supports children and young people across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. Befriend a Child does incredibly important work, helping children who are facing difficult circumstances by providing support, friendship and opportunities to build confidence and positive relationships.

Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help us get closer to our fundraising target and support the amazing work that Befriend a Child does.
