Across Greater Manchester, Mustard Tree combats and prevents poverty, inequality, and homelessness.

They provide opportunities for people to help themselves through practical support, life skills and connections into work to over 10,500 people a month!

I have done volunteer work with them for a few years now and seen first hand the positive impact they can have on the most underrepresented and undervalued people in our society.

To help them help our community, I'm slogging through Heaton Parks Tough Mudder - any donations are very welcome!

I am looking forward to testing myself, it's not as easy as it used to be when you go past 40 ha
