I’ll also be running the Southampton Half marathon on the 6th April and then the London Marathon on the 27th April. Big events - big target!

My father was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in early 2024. It’s had its effects on the family and also on how we see the disease and the world’s reaction to it. It’s something that everyone will face - either having it or caring for someone with it.

Both my grandmothers also had this disease. It robs us of the people we love - bit by bit, day by day.
