In 2026, our leadership team is taking on the Severn Trent Mountain Challenge—20 miles of grit, teamwork and determination—because we believe in leading by example. We want to show what can happen when people come together with a shared purpose: to improve lives.

This year, we’re raising funds to support climate‑vulnerable communities in Bangladesh, helping deliver the WASH services that unlock opportunity and dignity for generations.

We work every day to be a better leadership team. Now, we’re going further—literally uphill—to help ensure that one day, everyone has access to the safe water they deserve.
