On 11 October, I’ll be joining 39 of my colleagues from Vacherin to take on the National Three Peaks Challenge — climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Snowdon in just 24 hours.

That means over 23 miles of hiking, more than 10,000 feet of elevation, and some serious overnight travel between mountains. It’s a huge physical and mental challenge — but one I’m proud to be part of.

We’re taking on this challenge to celebrate 10 years of partnership between Vacherin and Luminary Bakery — a social enterprise that supports women who have experienced violence, poverty, homelessness, or exploitation.

Luminary offers training, employment, and community to empower women to rebuild their lives — and the money we raise will help them continue and grow their life-changing work.
