My Father, Tony Soanes, died of a brain tumour in May 2025.

In memory of him, and to raise money for Brain Tumour Research, a group of 13 of his family and friends are doing a cycle ride from North to South Wales, over 2 days.

Day 1 - 22/8/26 - Llandudno to Llanidloes

Day 2 - 23/8/26 - Llanidloes to Baglan (his home town), then on to Merthyr Tydfil.

Total distance 368km.
