Hiya!

I'm super excited to be running 10k at the World Aids Day Red Run for LGBT+ mental health and wellbeing charity elop!

As you might know, I've been living with HIV for seven years, I've had various mental health problems including an eating disorder & depression for fifteen-odd, and I've been gay for over thirty (even if only proud of it for the past ten) - so this is really close to my heart.

I know first-hand how LGBT+ people are disproportionately impacted by poor mental health and seen (and experienced) the stigma and exclusion which people living with HIV can face. Services like elop - which provide counselling, crisis prevention and support, social activities and more - are so important and need our support more than ever. I'd be honoured if you were able to donate to my fundraiser, however big or small - every penny helps.
