Hello everyone,

I’m running the Cardiff Half marathon for Alzheimer’s Society in October of this year. I have decided to do this in order to keep Gareth’s memory alive by doing something positive for a charity that provides help, research and support for those who are affected by this dreadful disease.

I’m sure most of us have known someone who has been affected by this disease ( I know that I have and so has my wife) hence the reason I have chosen to run in aid of this charity.
