Story
I’m running the Cambridge Half Marathon in support of Cambridgeshire Deaf Association (CDA).
Last year, I ran the Peterborough Half Marathon with no training at all (not wise!) and loved every minute of it. This time, I couldn’t turn down the opportunity to take on the beautiful and iconic streets of Cambridge while raising funds for a cause that means a great deal to me.
I work for Cambridgeshire Deaf Association and over the past two years I’ve raised around £3,000 to support their work. Seeing first-hand the difference CDA makes every single day is what motivates me to keep going. The charity provides vital support, advice, and services to Deaf and hard-of-hearing people across Cambridgeshire, helping them live more independent and connected lives.
Every donation, big or small, helps CDA continue this incredible work and makes a real difference to the people they support.
We are #TeamCDA!
Thank you so much for your support, it truly means a lot.
